Long fermented for 24 hours using active starter, these chocolate chip cookies are next level delicious! When my oldest son worked at a small local market (which has since closed) where I sold these, he would purchase his very own bag. Apparently, I did not leave enough available for him. đŸ˜‚These special cookies are have a lovely soft texture, are filled with organic chocolate chips, and topped with my favorite Maldon Sea Salt.
Chocolate chip cookie: organic unbleached wheat flour, organic semi-sweet chocolate chips (organic cane sugar, organic chocolate liquor, organic cocoa butter, organic soy lecithin, organic vanilla), organic cane sugar, organic brown sugar, organic butter, organic baking soda aluminum free baking powder, Redmond Real Salt, organic vanilla.
