A Special Note to my customers who pick up at Sunago Coffee Co. - updated 3/10/2024!
When I partnered with Sunago over a year ago, the wonderful owners created a space for me and many other Knoxville vendors to drop off Organic Sourdough Baked Goods in their coffeeshop. They offer an “open air market” concept for their paying customers, but inside their shop. If you are a customer of Sunago’s, you have most likely noticed several places where there are wonderful things offered - enormous and delicious cookies from Alchemy Bakehouse, Cocoa Bombs, Local Honey, Handmade earrings, Beard care products, Chocolates, Handmade Bags, Goat’s Milk Soaps, Handmade cards, beautiful coffee travel mugs made by the owner, and I am sure others that I am forgetting. Payment for these items are made directly to the vendor via one or more of the following - Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, etc. Each of the us has our own QR code which you can scan, and then show proof of payment to one of the employees - easy-peasy! Sunago makes their space available, and they do not receive a dime from any of us. Talk about generous.🥰
I drop off Truly 100% Organic Sourdough Sandwich Loaves, Artisan Boules, Crackers and Special orders for Sunago customers. These will be available in the baskets beside the register on a first-come, first-served basis (with the exceptions of the special orders) for the coffee lovers who purchase the best coffee in town. Be on the lookout from some NEW items for spur of the moment purchases - Organic Sourdough JUMBO Cinnamon Rolls topped with a Vanilla Glaze each weighing in WELL over 1 lb. at only $10 each - A Rachel Mae Bakes original creation, Organic JUMBO Muffins, Organic Scones, and perhaps some other delightful, yummylicious baked goods baked by Yours Truly!
There are many reasons you will not find my items all over Knoxville and beyond, and BELIEVE me, it is not because I have not been approached by several other local businesses to provide my Organic Baked Goods to their customers. My choice to partner with Sunago has been a gift in so many ways, the most important being gaining sweet friendships with like-minded business owners. My hope is that my customers who have not yet heard of this classy coffeeshop in Hardin Valley will try them out sometime, and even become regulars! I passionately believe in loyalty, familiarity, generosity, high quality FRESH products, all while keeping family at the forefront of priorities. If that means that if I intentionally maintain a tight circle in order to be able to serve each of my customers with excellence all while promoting and supporting Sunago’s mission, I am here for it!
I really want Sunago to be around for a long time! This spot has provided such a beautiful place for the community. Every like-minded person who purchases one of their amazing drinks is contributing to keeping their coffeeshop in business. Let's give Tito and Yelena the love, gratitude, and support they deserve for their generosity to me and to all of you. They're some of the best out there, and buying a coffee or another beverage once or twice a week when picking up Special Orders from Rachel Mae Bakes will surely put wind in their sails. Please reach out if you have any questions. I appreciate you all so much! ❤️
