Organic Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls I converted my popular, well love cinnamon roll recipe to create these light and fluffy, 100% sourdough cinnamon rolls. Filled with organic butter, organic brown sugar, and organic Vietnamese cinnamon and frosted with my signature Browned Butter Maple Cream Cheese frosting, the beautifully enriched dough full of pastured eggs, organic butter, organic heavy cream and milk, and using the tangzhong method produces the silkiest dough I have ever worked with. These always sell out quickly when I offer them on my FB page!
** I generally bake Sweet Rolls and sell in 4 pks. on the weekends for $12/4 pk. If you would like to order Sweet Rolls during the week, please plan to order a minimum of 12 sweet rolls (13” x9” pan).**
Organic Dough Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, heavy cream, whole milk, butter, sugar, pastured eggs, filtered water, Redmond real salt
